About the Role:

LIT Growth Agency is looking for an experienced and passionate

Shoot Manager

to take charge of our video and photo shoot production. If you understand how to bring visual stories to life--from lights to location--you could be the perfect fit for our creative team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and execute

end-to-end photo & video shoots

Handle

lighting setup, shot direction, and technical equipment

Scout

locations

that match campaign needs and brand vision Coordinate with

influencers, models, and talent

Collaborate with creative & marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned visuals Manage shoot schedules and ensure timely execution

Who We're Looking For:

1 - 2+ years

of shoot production experience Strong knowledge of

lighting techniques, camera setups, and on-site direction

Understanding of brand aesthetics, storytelling, and visual trends Excellent organizational and communication skills Network of influencers or talent is a strong advantage
