Key Responsibilities
Storytelling:
Help structure "vlog-style" narratives that connect our audience to the maker.
Editing:
Professional color grading (warm, organic tones preferred) and sound design (balancing background music with natural "crafting" sounds).
Formatting:
Deliver content in multiple aspect ratios (9:16 for social, 16:9 for YouTube).
What We're Looking For
A "Maker" Sensibility:
You understand how to film textures, fine details, and repetitive motions to make them look meditative and beautiful.
Equipment:
Access to a 4K-capable camera, macro lenses (preferred), and quality lighting/audio gear.
Software:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Style:
Experience with "aesthetic" or "minimalist" editing styles.
