Position: Videographer & Editor

Stipend/Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on profile).

Role Overview

As a Videographer & Editor at Evacosmo, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content tailored for our aesthetic and dermatology brand. You will work closely with the marketing and operations team to capture real-time clinic activities, treatments, testimonials, and campaign visuals. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both on-ground video production and post-production with creative precision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Videography

Capture high-quality footage inside the clinic, including treatments, doctor interactions, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, and promotional videos. Set up lighting, framing, and audio for professional-quality shoots. Plan shoot requirements, shot lists, and angles to align with brand standards. Ensure smooth coordination during shoots with doctors, staff, and patients (with consent).

2. Video Editing

Edit all captured footage into engaging social media content (Reels, Shorts, ads, testimonials). Apply color correction, sound design, transitions, graphics, and branding elements. Maintain consistency in visual identity and storytelling across all videos.

3. Creative & Content Direction

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts for new video campaigns. Assist in developing content ideas based on trends, clinic events, and customer insights. Repurpose long shoots into multiple short-format assets for various platforms.

4. Social Media Content Support

Prepare and deliver final video files optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels. Contribute ideas for improving engagement and content reach. Support posting schedules and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills (mandatory). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent video tools. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, and storytelling. Ability to shoot stable, well-framed videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or high-end mobile setups. Comfort working in a clinical environment and capturing real-time procedures (with proper guidance). Creative mindset, punctuality, and ability to manage shoot timelines.

Hands-on experience creating premium content in the aesthetic and cosmetic industry. Certificate / Letter of Recommendation (if hired as an intern).

Work Expectations

On-site role at Valasaravakkam, Chennai. 5-6 days a week based on the clinic schedule. Flexibility for planned shoots and campaign requirements. Regular deliverables aligned with the content calendar and clinic promotions.
