Job Description

Responsibilities:

Content Production & Management

Shooting (In-house & Outstation): Managing video shoots, both in-office and at outstation locations, ensuring high-quality production. Editing & Post-Production: Handling video and audio editing, refining content for final release. Designing: Overseeing the creation of visual and graphic elements for videos and promotional content. Technical Proficiency: Must possess strong knowledge of video editing, sound design, and related software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
Logistics & Planning

Outstation Shoot Management: Planning and managing travel, logistics, and setup for outstation shoots. Equipment Handling: Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and upgrading of recording and editing equipment. Scheduling & Timelines: Organizing shoot schedules, deadlines, and content releases.
Quality Control & Strategy

Content Review & Approval: Ensuring high-quality content before publication. Strategic Content Planning: Contributing to content strategies to enhance audience engagement and outreach. Innovation & Improvement: Implementing new ideas and techniques to improve production quality and workflow efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
