Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Planning
Develop video ideas, storyboards, and shot plans based on briefs or campaign goals
Suggest creative formats for reels, short videos, long-form and promotional content
Plan shoot requirements including locations, angles, lighting, and sequencing
Video Shooting & Production
Independently handle professional video shoots using
camera/mobile/gimbal/tripod
Ensure proper lighting, audio quality, framing, and composition
Shoot content aligned with brand guidelines and objectives
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into high-quality final videos
Perform cutting, trimming, color correction, sound syncing, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics
Optimize videos for
Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn
, and other platforms
Deliver edited videos within timelines
Creative Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of video creation
Produce original video content regularly
Incorporate feedback and revisions as required
Maintain quality, creativity, and consistency across all deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
video shooting techniques
and camera handling
Hands-on experience or academic exposure to
video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Understanding of framing, lighting, sound, and visual storytelling
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
