Job Overview:

We are looking for a

creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor

to join our social media marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content

tailored for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Your work will help boost brand awareness, promote products/services, and engage online audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video ideas that align with brand goals. Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) optimized for each platform. Edit raw footage, add music, voiceovers, subtitles, and motion graphics. Maintain brand consistency across all video content. Manage lighting, sound, and visual aesthetics during shoots. Capture behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, event highlights, and promotional videos. Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and content formats. Organize and maintain video files and project archives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

videographer and video editor

(preferably in social media marketing). Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve). Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics (After Effects or Canva is a plus). Understanding of different social media platforms and their video formats. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Media Production, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field. Experience with photography, lighting setup, and content planning. Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
