Job Description

A Videographer with Video Editing experience is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing video content. This role involves filming, setting up equipment, and then using editing software to assemble footage into a final product. The videographer will work with creative teams, clients, and other team members to develop concepts, storylines, and ensure the final video aligns with the project's goals. Key Responsibilities:

Filming:

Capturing video footage on set or on location.

Equipment Management:

Ensuring all necessary equipment is present, working, and properly set up.

Planning:

Collaborating with the creative team and clients to plan video shoots.

Post-Production Editing:

Using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar to edit footage, add effects, graphics, and music, and ensure a smooth and engaging final product.

Troubleshooting:

Addressing any technical issues that may arise during filming or editing.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other team members (e.g., creative team, marketing team).

Staying Current:

Keeping up with trends in video editing and content creation.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, VN, Alight Motion).

Creative Skills:

Strong understanding of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.

Communication and Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively with others and communicate ideas clearly.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage files, projects, and deadlines effectively.

Attention to Detail:

Ensuring all aspects of the video are polished and accurate.

Problem-Solving:

Being able to identify and resolve technical or creative issues.
