Deliverables
Total Output:
50 high-retention YouTube videos.
Duration:
5 to 10 minutes per video.
Quality Standard:
4K resolution, cinematic lighting, crisp audio, and high-engagement editing.
Core Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Management
Arranging Hosts:
You are responsible for scouting, casting, and scheduling professional, engaging hosts/anchors for these videos.
Direction:
You must direct the host to ensure high energy, proper body language, and audience connection.
2. Premium Production (Filming)
Equipment:
You must shoot on
your own top-tier cinema or high-end mirrorless cameras
(Sony FX3/A7SIII, Canon R5, etc.).
Set Design:
Manage professional 3-point lighting and set aesthetics to create a consistent "brand look" across all 50 videos.
Audio:
High-quality boom or lavalier recording with no echo or noise.
3. Post-Production (The Final Polish)
Visual Editing:
Fast-paced, engaging cuts suitable for YouTube retention.
Graphics Package:
Design and include on-screen graphics, lower thirds, and pop-ups.
Color & Sound:
Professional color grading and audio mixing (EQ/Compression).
Subtitles:
Integrated subtitles/captions for key moments.
Final Export:
Delivery of a 100% finished file ready for upload.
Requirements
Gear Ownership:
You must own all necessary production gear (Cameras, Lights, Audio, Gimbals). Rentals should not be necessary.*
Capacity:
Ability to deliver videos on a consistent schedule to meet the 50-video target.
Experience:
Proven track record of creating content that holds viewer attention.
