About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and hands-on Video Content Creator & Editor

who loves visual storytelling and can handle both on-ground shoots and post-production with confidence. If you enjoy experimenting with video formats, creating engaging digital content, and bringing ideas to life through visuals, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

On-site Video Production (Kolkata | 2-3 days per week)

Shoot high-quality videos in studio and outdoor locations Handle camera setup, lighting, and audio recording independently Ensure clean framing, good composition, and clear sound quality Create diverse content formats such as: Interviews Reels & short-form videos Vlogs Product & promotional videos Documentary-style content Podcasts

Editing & Post-Production (Work From Home)

Edit raw footage into engaging, professional-quality videos Add music, transitions, titles, lower-thirds, sound effects, motion graphics, and basic color grading Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs

Collaboration & Creativity

Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and visual quality Take feedback positively and deliver revisions on time
What We're Looking For

Minimum

6 months of hands-on experience

in video shooting and editing Practical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment Proficiency in video editing tools such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

A

portfolio/showreel

showcasing your work Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multitask Willingness to travel within Kolkata for shoots (2-3 days weekly) Good communication skills (English preferred)

Compensation

?18,000 - ?22,000 per month
