Job Description

Willmount Resorts is seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Editor to capture, produce, and edit high-quality video content that showcases our properties, experiences, and brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning shoots, filming, editing, and delivering engaging videos for use across social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Video Production

Plan, shoot, and produce videos highlighting resort facilities, guest experiences, events, and special packages. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards. Capture both candid and staged footage as required for various campaigns.
Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for social media, website, and advertising. Add music, voiceovers, graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance video quality and storytelling. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual and quality standards.
Content Management

Organize and archive video files for easy access and future use. Deliver videos in required formats and resolutions for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Assist in creating short-form content (reels, stories, teasers) as well as long-form videos.
Equipment Management

Maintain and care for all video, audio, and lighting equipment. Recommend and source new equipment as needed.
Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the marketing, events, and operations teams to cover all key activities and initiatives. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and campaigns.
