Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Editor-cum-Videographer who can take complete ownership of our video production. The candidate must be capable of planning, shooting, and editing videos independently, with strong creativity, energy, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for all video content at the academy Shoot and edit: In-house activities and day-to-day academy life Fun activities and candid student moments Outdoor shoots, events, seminars, and interactions Promotional videos, reels, interviews, and training content Plan shots and ensure proper framing, lighting, audio, and visuals Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and creativity Add motion graphics, titles, and transitions where required Maintain footage library, backups, and organized project files Work closely with management to turn ideas into engaging content

Requirements

Must be highly skilled in video editing and creative storytelling Able to plan, shoot, and edit independently CapCut and After Effects -- mandatory Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro -- preferred Strong sense of composition, framing, lighting, and color Portfolio or sample work is mandatory (experience not compulsory) Energetic, proactive, and willing to work on frequent shoots Able to handle deadlines and take full ownership of work

Salary

?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on skills and portfolio)
