About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for marketing, events, promotions, educational content, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

Plan, shoot, and manage video projects from start to finish.

Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.

Capture high-quality footage for interviews, events, promotional videos, and digital campaigns.

Coordinate with the content and creative teams to understand project requirements.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Add motion graphics, titles, sound effects, color correction, and transitions.

Create short-form content for social media (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content for YouTube or educational modules.

Creative Contribution

Suggest creative ideas for storytelling, visuals, and shooting styles.

Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Asset & File Management

Organize footage, backups, and archives properly.

Manage project timelines and deliver videos within deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor (portfolio or showreel required).

Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.

Ability to travel for shoots if required.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).

Experience in drone shooting.

Motion graphics/animation skills.

Photography skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
