Job Description

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented

Videographer cum Video Editor

to join our Bragyst team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content tailored for digital marketing, social media ads, branding campaigns, and client projects--especially for the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Website, Ads, etc.). Handle complete video production -- from conceptualization to final delivery. Shoot product videos, corporate videos, reels, behind-the-scenes, interviews, and promotional content. Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment efficiently. Edit videos using advanced video editing tools and ensure high-quality output. Add animations, transitions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics when required. Work closely with the creative team to develop video concepts aligned with brand goals. Maintain an organised library of raw footage and project files. Stay updated with video trends, especially on social media (Reels, TikTok style, GCC trends).

Required Skills & Tools Expertise

Video Editing Tools:

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (optional), After Effects (basic to intermediate)

Design Tools (Optional Advantage):

Photoshop, Illustrator

Camera Skills:

DSLR/Mirrorless handling, gimbal operation, lighting setups Strong understanding of frame composition, color grading, transitions, and audio syncing Knowledge of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices Creativity and ability to produce high-quality content under deadlines

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years

of experience in an

agency

environment Proven portfolio of video shoots and edits Ability to work independently and in a team Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability
