Job Description

As a Videographer & Editor, you will be involved in the entire video production process from planning and shooting to editing to create engaging video content for our digital marketing campaigns. This role prioritizes your ability to perform the tasks skillfully while gaining experience on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment. Assist in conceptualizing video ideas and translating them into visual stories. Edit video footage using industry-standard editing software, creating polished final videos. Ensure all videos align with the brand's style and marketing objectives. Manage and maintain video equipment, troubleshoot any technical issues during shoots. Collaborate effectively with the marketing and creative teams for cohesive content. Support pre-production activities like storyboarding, location identification, and coordinating with talent. Adapt video content for different social media and digital platforms optimizing format and length.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in digital camera operation and understanding of lighting and audio recording. Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Creative storytelling ability through visual media. Good problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting during shoots. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Motivation to learn and improve video production skills continuously. Attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
Qualification:

Education or training in Film, Video Production, or related field is a plus but not mandatory. Prior hands-on experience is a benefit, skill and eagerness to learn are more important.
