Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer and Editor to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a strong visual storytelling ability, proficiency in video production equipment, and experience with professional editing software.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography:

Plan, set up, and execute video shoots (including lighting, audio, and camera operation).

Capture high-quality footage for a variety of formats (interviews, events, promotional videos, social media content, etc.).

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and visual style.

Scout locations and manage shoot logistics.

Editing:

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Add graphics, sound, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and other effects as needed.

Ensure final videos align with brand guidelines and are optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).

Manage file storage, backups, and archival systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).

Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, gimbals, audio gear, and related equipment.

Strong knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).

Good sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphics and animation.

Familiarity with color grading and sound design.

Knowledge of social media video trends and formats (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).

Photography skills are a plus.

Work Environment:

May require travel for shoots.

Flexible work schedule depending on project timelines.

Some weekend or evening work may be necessary for event coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
