Key Responsibilities

Independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality YouTube long-form videos, shorts, reels, and branded content. Work closely with the creative/marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards. Maintain and manage video production equipment. Stay updated on video trends, social media formats, and storytelling styles. Perform full post-production: cutting, pacing, transitions, color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics Optimize videos for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Stay updated with YouTube content trends, audience retention techniques, and digital storytelling styles

Qualifications and Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience

in videography and video editing. Skilled in editing short-form and Long form content Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Candidates with professional gear -- camera, lenses, gimbal/tripod -- will be a plus Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end production.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
