Asli Kahani is a registered media platform dedicated to showcasing authentic, impactful stories from around the world. We work in PR, digital media, video production, brand promotion, and storytelling across multiple formats including documentaries, podcasts, social media, and events.
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Asli Kahani's digital platforms, brand collaborations, interviews, events, ads, and documentary projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, interviews, podcasts, ads, reels, events, and brand stories.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop concepts and scripts.
Operate professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
Edit raw footage into polished final videos using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut etc).
Add subtitles, graphics, effects, and transitions as required.
Manage backups, file storage, and media organization.
Coordinate shoot locations, equipment, schedules, and logistics.
Capture behind-the-scenes content when needed.
Ensure brand tone and story consistency across all visual content.
Deliver videos in formats suitable for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, OTT pitches, etc).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a videographer or video content creator.
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Capcut).
Knowledge of lighting, sound, color grading, and cinematography.
Strong understanding of short-form digital content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, interviews).
Ability to shoot both indoor and outdoor setups.
Creative storytelling and attention to visual detail.
Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in documentary-style shooting, podcasts, interviews, or brand films.
Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
