Key Responsibilities Video Shooting & Production
Shoot reels, short-form videos, podcast videos, and product photos/videos.
Set up basic lighting and audio for indoor shoots and podcast setups.
Capture clean, well-framed, and visually appealing footage.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit videos using
Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Desktop
, etc.
Add simple motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and sound effects.
Perform basic color correction and prepare videos for social media.
Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
Creative & Collaboration
Work with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual style and guidelines.
Organize and manage raw footage for an efficient workflow.
Requirements / Skills Needed
Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio/showreel preferred).
Proficiency in
Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Desktop
, or similar editing tools.
Ability to handle basic DSLR/mirrorless cameras such as
Sony ZV-E10, Canon M50 Mark II, Nikon Z30, Lumix G7
.
Knowledge of essential camera settings:
ISO, shutter speed, white balance, focus

Basic lighting and audio setup skills for indoor shoots and podcasts.
Good understanding of social media video trends and modern editing styles.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
