We are looking for a talented and creative

Videographer cum Video Editor

to capture, produce, and edit high-quality videos for our construction projects, site activities, brand content, and marketing needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in filming at construction sites, creating engaging visual content, and managing the entire video production workflow.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography (On-site & Off-site)

Capture high-quality video footage of construction sites, project progress, events, machinery operations, and team activities. Conduct filming sessions with proper lighting, framing, and equipment setup. Create time-lapse videos, drone shots (if applicable), and site walkthroughs. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors for scheduled shoots.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into clear, professional, and engaging videos for marketing, training, and documentation purposes. Add voice-over, background music, subtitles, graphics, and animations when required. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Deliver final output in various formats suitable for web, social media, and presentations.

Content Planning & Management

Work with the marketing/team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists. Maintain an organised library of video files, footage, and project assets. Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and construction-related content styles. Suggest creative ideas to improve visual storytelling in the construction space.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (preferably in construction, industrial, or similar fields). Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, audio equipment, and stabilisers. Ability to shoot in challenging outdoor environments (construction sites). Understanding of storytelling, transitions, and visual communication. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple video projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
