Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Editor to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging videos that effectively communicate our brand, services, and products. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, training modules, and corporate presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, social media, training, and corporate purposes.

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver videos aligned with business goals.

Capture product demos, client testimonials, events, and promotional campaigns.

Edit raw footage into polished final outputs with motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and sound effects.

Maintain proper lighting, sound, and visual quality during shoots.

Manage video equipment, props, and shooting locations.

Optimize videos for different digital platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, etc.).

Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing software, and digital storytelling.

Ensure timely delivery of video projects within deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film Studies, Media Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing.

Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Creativity, storytelling ability, and strong visual sense.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of 2D/3D animation tools.

Experience in shooting corporate or IT-related videos.

Basic graphic designing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
