We're looking for a versatile videographer who can shoot and edit high-impact videos for:
? Social media campaigns
? Corporate and brand storytelling
? Course content
? Founder-led videos
? Testimonials
? Product/service explainers
? Reels, shorts, and ad creatives
This role combines creativity, technical skill, and the ability to adapt to different brand styles.
Key Responsibilities1. Video Production (In-House + Clients)
Shoot engaging videos for:
PIIT (classroom, trainer explainers, student testimonials)
Porlob's internal campaigns
Client brands across education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, D2C, and services
Corporate interviews and founder videos
Social media content (reels, shorts, promo ads)
Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
? Add branding, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and animations.
? Maintain customized editing styles for different clients.
? Deliver fast edits with high quality.
3. Creative Planning & Concept Development
? Work with the marketing/strategic team to brainstorm video ideas.
? Create moodboards, basic scripts, and shot lists.
? Suggest reel concepts, trending formats, and storytelling angles.
? Understand client briefs and translate them into video concepts.
4. Multi-Brand Content Adaptation
? Edit and deliver videos in different brand tones/styles.
? Repurpose long content into short clips for social media.
? Create multiple versions of the same video for different client platforms.
5. Shoot Management
? Visit client locations for shoots as required.
? Coordinate with founders, staff, or talent during shoots.
? Manage equipment, backups, and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
1-4 years of experience in videography and editing.
Strong in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve.
Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics (preferred).
Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear.
Understanding of Social media video formats
Ad video structures
Cinematic vs. commercial shooting
Quick, clean editing styles
Ability to manage shoots across different industries.
Bonus Skills
? Photography (events, products, lifestyle).
? Experience shooting corporate profile videos.
? Podcast/video podcast experience.
? Ability to handle green screen and teleprompters.
? Knowledge of YouTube video formatting and SEO basics.
