: Videographer Position Overview: Showtime Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shooting events and capturing human stories through exceptional visuals. As a Videographer, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality video content for our clients. This position requires proficiency with camera equipment, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to travel as needed. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives. 2. Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available. 3. Capture high-quality footage of events, interviews, and human stories that align with client specifications. 4. Apply composition techniques, framing, and camera movements to enhance storytelling and capture engaging visuals. 5. Collaborate with the video editor to provide input on shot selection and sequencing during post-production. 6. Travel to various locations as needed for on-site shooting, including events, interviews, and other video production requirements. 7. Maintain a strong sense of organization with video assets, including file management and backup processes. 8. Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. 1+ years of experience as a Videographer, preferably with a focus on event coverage and human storytelling. 2. Proficiency in operating professional-grade camera equipment, including DSLRs or mirrorless cameras, and associated accessories. 3. Strong technical skills in camera settings, exposure control, focusing techniques, and composition principles. 4. Experience with audio recording equipment, including microphones, audio recorders, and mixers. 5. Knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment to achieve desired visual aesthetics. 6. Excellent storytelling abilities, with the ability to capture the essence of events and human stories through visuals. 7. Proficient in post-production processes, including file organization, transferring footage, and collaborating with video editors. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Willingness to travel as required for on-location shoots, sometimes with short notice.
