Videographer
to join our marketing team and help showcase our properties, projects, and brand through engaging video content.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality video footage of real estate projects, interiors, and events.
Edit and produce promotional videos, walkthroughs, and client testimonials.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute video shoots.
Operate drones and professional cameras for aerial and on-site footage.
Manage video production schedules, equipment, and post-production tasks.
Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the company's branding.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and video composition.
Experience with drone videography is an advantage.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
