Job Overview
Lohia Jain Malpani Group is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to develop high-quality video content for our real estate projects, marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and corporate branding. The role includes onsite shooting at our project locations, editing engaging videos for social media and advertisements, and supporting the marketing team with visual content creation.

Key Responsibilities
A. Videography (On-site & Off-site)
Shoot property walkthrough videos, sample flat tours, amenities, project progress updates, and construction activities.
Cover events, customer testimonials, site visits, Bhoomi Poojan, possession events, and other company programs.
Capture high-quality indoor & outdoor footage with professional lighting, framing, and stabilization.
Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, mics, and (if trained) drones for aerial shots.
Coordinate with project/site teams for scheduling shoots and location setups.
Maintain, check, and manage all video equipment.
B. Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into high-quality promotional videos, reels, corporate films, teaser videos, and digital campaigns.
Create Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, WhatsApp creatives, and ads optimized for different formats.
Add professional elements such as color grading, transitions, sound design, BGM, subtitles, motion graphics, and branding.
Ensure timely delivery of all videos as per marketing requirements.
Maintain structured storage of footage, backups, and final edits.
C. Creative & Marketing Coordination
Work with the marketing team to understand project concepts, branding style, and content requirements.
Assist in creating storyboards, shot plans, and scripts for videos.
Suggest new video ideas based on industry trends and digital marketing needs.
Maintain visual consistency and brand identity in all video outputs.
D. Additional Responsibilities
Support the team in photography, whenever needed.
Assist in overall marketing and creative tasks related to media.
Any other work allotted by higher authorities from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria
A) Educational Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
Certifications in videography/editing will be preferred.
B) Experience
1-3 years of experience in videography & editing (Real estate experience preferred).
Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
C) Technical Skills
Expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing tools.
Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and color correction preferred.
Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, mics, lights, and basic production equipment.
Understanding of real estate video storytelling, angles, and presentation style is a plus.
D) Soft Skills
Strong creativity and visual sense.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
