Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain camera equipment for lecture recordings and studio shoots Record high-quality educational videos using digital boards and controlled lighting setups Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Add transitions, titles, motion graphics, animations, and background music Sync audio and video tracks and ensure clarity and consistency Optimize videos for YouTube and social media platforms (shorts, reels, etc.) Work with the content and marketing team to deliver videos as per schedule and brief Manage digital storage, backups, and version control of recorded content --- Requirements Proven experience as a videographer and editor (Portfolio required) Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment Knowledge of composition, color grading, and storytelling through video Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision A keen eye for detail and aesthetics Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
