. We're on the lookout for a

creative, passionate, and skilled Videographer

who can visually bring our brand, spaces, and experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content across our fitness and wellness businesses. Capture diverse content: workouts, client transformations, events, wellness therapies, property walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes moments, and interviews. Create high-quality short-form and long-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Oversee all aspects of video production - camera, lighting, audio, and post-production. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align video content with branding goals. Organize and maintain an archive of video assets. Travel between Kochi and Chalakudy based on content schedules. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all video materials.

Requirements

Proven experience in videography and editing - portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Proficiency with video gear including cameras, gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio equipment. Expert in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. Ability to adapt content for different platforms and audience types. Strong storytelling instincts, visual rhythm, and music syncing ability. Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic and ability to meet deadlines. Open to travel and stay at the resort as required. Strong team player with a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills

Photography experience. Basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects or similar). Familiarity or interest in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industries.
