About the Role:

We're looking for a

creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor

to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and a keen eye for showcasing luxury properties and lifestyle experiences through engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography:

Plan and shoot

property walkthrough videos, project highlights, client testimonials, and lifestyle videos.

Capture aerial footage and cinematic shots of properties and amenities. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for property launches and campaigns. Ensure professional lighting, framing, and audio quality in all shoots.

Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into

engaging short-form and long-form videos

for social media, websites, and YouTube. Add

music, graphics, captions, motion effects, and transitions

to enhance visual appeal. Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual style across all video outputs. Optimize videos for

YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads.

Creative Direction:

Develop new video ideas that attract and engage property buyers. Stay updated with

real estate video trends

and social media best practices. Collaborate with photographers, designers, and sales teams to produce impactful marketing content.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Videographer & Editor

, preferably in

real estate or luxury brand marketing

. Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

Knowledge of

camera operations, drone videography, and lighting setup.

Strong storytelling, composition, and editing sense. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Basic understanding of

digital marketing and video SEO

is a plus.
