Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital and social media platforms. Appear on camera for brand videos, workshops, interviews, and promotional content. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize video ideas. Set up lighting, camera, and audio equipment for professional video shoots. Edit footage with sound design, transitions, and color correction using Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro. Manage video storage, file organization, and content delivery timelines. Stay updated with current social media trends and video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.).

Must-Have Camera Kit / Equipment Knowledge:

Mirrorless Cameras (Sony, Canon, Nikon) Lenses: 24-70mm, 50mm, 85mm (Prime & Zoom) Tripod, Gimbal / Stabilizer External Microphone (Lapel / Shotgun) LED Lights / Softbox Lighting ND Filters, SD Cards, and Backup Drives Basic understanding of drone or GoPro setups (preferred)

Required Skills:

Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve) Confident on-camera communication and presentation skills Creative storytelling and attention to detail Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and visual effects
