We are seeking an

experienced Videographer / Video Editor / Faculty

who can

teach, mentor, and practically demonstrate

videography and video editing skills. The role involves training students from

absolute basics to client-ready output

, preparing them for

media jobs, freelancing, and content creation careers

.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Teaching

Deliver practical, hands-on training in videography and video editing Teach camera fundamentals, lighting, audio, framing, and shot composition Train students on end-to-end editing workflows and post-production Conduct live demonstrations, studio sessions, and outdoor shoots

Curriculum & Content

Prepare or contribute to syllabus and curriculum design Design module-wise lesson plans, assignments, and live projects Align training with industry standards and current media trends

Student Development

Guide students in creating reels, videos, demo reels, and portfolios Mentor students for media jobs, freelancing, and content creation careers Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Execution & Industry Exposure

Take students for live shoots, outdoor practice, and client-simulated projects Demonstrate professional workflows from raw footage to final delivery Share real-world insights on client handling, revisions, and delivery standards

Technical Skills Required

Videography: DSLR / Mirrorless / Mobile shooting Lighting (indoor & outdoor) and audio recording techniques Editing workflows and color correction / grading Motion graphics basics and titles Export formats and platform-specific delivery

Software Proficiency

Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro Photoshop / Lightroom CapCut or mobile editing tools

AI Tools (Preferred)

AI-assisted editing and smart cuts Auto captions, subtitles, and transcription AI-based color enhancement Background / object removal Audio cleanup and AI music tools

Eligibility & Experience

Bachelor's in Media / Film / Visual Communication Master's in Media / Film / Animation Diploma in Videography / Editing Teaching or mentoring experience preferred Strong practical exposure to social media content (Reels, Shorts, Videos) Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
