Our flagship brand Herbishh is a leading haircare line, with strong presence in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We are scaling D2C (Shopify) back to $1M+ in revenue and investing in creative-driven growth.
Role Overview
The Video & UGC Content Manager will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-performing video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon ads. This role will also own the UGC (User-Generated Content) pipeline, ensuring we consistently have fresh, conversion-focused content to test and scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Editing
Produce ad-ready video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon Sponsored Video ads.
Edit influencer/customer UGC into high-converting ad variations.
Create multiple hook variations and formats for A/B testing.
Ensure all videos are optimized for different platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
2. UGC Content Management
Recruit and manage UGC creators / micro-influencers.
Brief creators on brand guidelines and performance-focused storytelling.
Build and maintain a UGC library for continuous ad testing.
3. Creative Strategy & Testing
Work with Head of Marketing to align on creative strategy & messaging.
Deliver 20-25 new ad variations per month for testing.
Collaborate with PPC Managers (Amazon & Meta/Google buyers) to refresh creatives.
Track performance: CTR, CVR, ROAS by creative type.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with design team for motion graphics, overlays, and branding consistency.
Work with SMM (Social Media Manager) for organic content alignment.
Provide Amazon team with product video assets for PDPs and A+ content.
KPIs / Success Metrics
Number of new creatives tested per month (target: 20-25).
% of ads hitting ROAS benchmarks (based on CAC targets).
Lift in Shopify conversion rate & ad ROAS.
Volume and quality of UGC sourced monthly.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in video editing & content production (e-commerce preferred).
Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio of ad creatives for Meta/TikTok/Google or Amazon Sponsored Video.
Experience working with UGC creators / influencers.
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing (hooks, CTAs, retention triggers).
Ability to work fast, manage multiple projects, and deliver under deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with beauty/personal care brands.
Familiarity with Shopify & Amazon ad requirements.
Motion graphics/animation skills.
Experience in D2C ad testing frameworks (Meta creative testing).
