Job Title: Video Survelliance cum Customer Service Representative

Salary Up to - 2.8 - 3.4 LPA

We are seeking a Video Surveillance Executive to join our security operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, identifying unusual activities, reporting incidents promptly, and ensuring the safety & security standards of our clients are maintained at all times.

This role requires strong attention to detail, high alertness, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV footage and surveillance systems continuously. Identify unusual, suspicious, or unsafe activities and raise timely alerts. Document daily monitoring logs and incident reports accurately. Escalate security breaches or critical observations to the concerned department. Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functional; report any technical issues. Maintain confidentiality and follow security protocols at all times. Coordinate with internal teams for incident handling and follow-ups. Support 24/7 operations with rotational shift availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations (freshers with interest may apply). Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and video surveillance controls. High alertness, strong observation skills, and quick decision-making ability. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly. Basic computer knowledge and report-writing ability. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

Prior experience in security monitoring, BMS operations, or incident reporting. Exposure to surveillance tools or remote monitoring systems. Basic understanding of networking or technical troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
