Role Overview

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Reel & Video Editor

to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling, an understanding of social media trends (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok), and a passion for beauty and cosmetics.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing, on-brand videos that engage, educate, and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for

Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts

, and other social platforms. Collaborate with the content team to

conceptualize and execute creative video ideas

aligned with marketing campaigns. Ensure all videos maintain a consistent

brand tone, color palette, and aesthetic.

Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance video appeal. Stay updated on

current social media trends, beauty content styles, and editing techniques.

Manage raw footage, organize assets, and ensure timely delivery of edited videos. Occasionally assist in

shooting or directing video content

during campaigns or product launches. Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, duration, captions, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a

video editor or social media content creator

, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry. Proficiency in editing software (e.g.,

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve

). Strong understanding of

social media algorithms and short-form content trends.

Creative eye for detail, color, composition, and timing. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for beauty, skincare, and current industry trends is a big plus! Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and content production (preferred).
