The Video Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with freelance videographers for on-ground video shoots and for conducting initial quality checks (QC) on video outputs. This role ensures smooth shoot execution, adherence to briefs, and baseline quality compliance before client or internal reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with KOLs to secure date and time for shoots.
Coordinate with freelance videographers for shoot scheduling, logistics, and on-ground execution
Share and clarify shoot briefs, including technical, creative, and compliance requirements.
Act as the single point of contact during shoots to resolve operational issues.
Perform initial QC of raw footage for framing, audio quality, lighting, continuity, and brief adherence.
Conduct first-level QC of edited/final videos for accuracy, flow, branding compliance, and basic technical standards.
Compile and communicate clear QC feedback to editors and freelancers for revisions.
Maintain shoot and QC documentation, including checklists, approvals, and version tracking.
Support timely handover of QC-cleared assets to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in video operations, production coordination, or media management.
Working understanding of video production workflows and quality parameters.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to flag quality gaps early.
