This is a full-time role for a Video Producer based on-site in Noida. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, including planning, filming, editing, and post-production. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating video content, developing motion graphics, and working with multimedia elements to produce high-quality videos. You will collaborate with the team to ensure that video projects meet the desired standards and objectives.
What You'll Own
End-to-end video production leadership
: Ideate, script, storyboard, film, and deliver educational videos across disciplines.
Collaborate with content experts
to convert academic objectives into engaging visual stories, tailoring formats for both short?form (Reels, Shorts) and long?form (lectures, explainers).
Manage full logistics
: Scheduling shoots, coordinating presenters or voice-overs, handling equipment, locations, and post-production workflows.
Deliver polished visual content
: Editing, motion graphics, sound-mixing, subtitles, color grading, and final output that aligns with SciAstra's high-quality visual brand.
Develop a scalable video pipeline
: Create systems and templates for consistent, efficient delivery under brand and pedagogical standards.
Drive performance feedback loops
: Monitor metrics such as views, engagement, retention; work with marketing/content teams to iterate content strategy.
Stay current with trends and formats
: Ensure videos are optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook--leveraging the latest tools and storytelling techniques.
Who You Are
Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
preferred, or equivalent professional experience in video production.
2-3+ years experience
in video production/editing, ideally in educational or instructional content production in India.
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and similar tools
.
Strong
visual storytelling instincts
, pacing, and narrative flair tailored to educational content.
Science background in class 11th & 12th would be preferred.
Excellent
project management and communication skills
for coordinating multiple production threads and deadlines.
Familiar with
content strategy and audience analytics
, using performance data to refine video output.
