We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Producer who can independently handle end-to-end video production for digital platforms. The role involves planning, shooting, editing, and coordinating with clients to deliver high-quality video content aligned with brand goals and current trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Shooting
Shoot high-quality videos using
DSLR cameras or mobile devices
, based on project requirements.
Handle on-ground shoots, including setup, framing, lighting, and basic audio capture.
Ensure visual consistency and quality across all client and in-house projects.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit videos on
mobile apps or Adobe Premiere Pro
, depending on project scope and timelines.
Perform color correction, basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and exports for multiple platforms.
Optimize videos for different formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, brand videos, etc.).
Pre-Production & Planning
Understand client briefs and translate them into visual concepts.
Gather
references, inspirations, and mood boards
based on client requirements.
Work on
basic scripting, storyboards, and shot lists
.
Scout locations and suggest suitable shoot setups (indoor/outdoor).
Client Coordination
Coordinate directly with clients to understand expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Share shoot updates, clarify revisions, and manage post-production schedules.
Maintain clear communication to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Creative Direction & Assets
Source and select
relevant background music, sound effects, and visual effects
as per brand tone.
Stay updated with
social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and platform algorithms
.
Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and performance of video content.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing and content team to align videos with campaign goals.
Share regular updates on project status and timelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience of 1-2 Years in video shooting and editing (agency or freelance experience preferred).
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro
and/or mobile editing tools.
Strong understanding of storytelling, framing, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content requirements.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics.
Experience in shooting brand videos, ads, or social media content.
Understanding of lighting setups and basic audio equipment.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
