Starting in Delhi and Mumbai, Everhope plans to expand to 10 cities over the next three years, bringing expert-led early diagnosis, daycare chemotherapy, and surgical oncology to locations where patients need them most.

Role Details
The Video Producer - Social Media at Everhope Cancer Centre is a hybrid creator role that combines high-quality video shooting with strong social media intuition.
You will be responsible for capturing on-brand footage (doctors, patient stories, centre walkthroughs) and shaping how Everhope shows up across Instagram, Meta, YouTube, .
This is not an editing role.
Your strength should lie in:

• Shooting clean, well-framed, high-quality video
• Understanding what performs well on social media
• Planning content with the marketing team
• Coordinating shoots and ensuring the right assets are captured

Healthcare or wellness brand experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Video Production

• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment confidently
• Shoot doctor explainers, interviews, patient narratives, and clinic B-roll
• Capture short-form, social-native footage designed for Reels/Shorts
• Ensure footage quality, clarity, and visual consistency across shoots
• Work closely with editors by providing well-planned, edit-friendly raw footage

Content & Social Media Understanding

• Ideate hooks, formats, and shot ideas that work on Instagram and YouTube
• Break scripts into simple visual plans or shot lists
• Stay updated with trends, retention patterns, and best practices
• Suggest creative ideas to improve performance and engagement

Coordination & Workflow

• Plan shoot schedules with marketing team and doctors
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution during shoots
• Organize and hand over raw footage systematically to the editing team
• Maintain Everhope's warm, patient-first brand tone in all content captured

Requirements
Must-Have

• 1-3 years of experience in video shooting (DSLR/mirrorless)
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and clean audio capture
• Solid awareness of social media formats, trends, and what performs
• Ability to work independently during shoots
• Strong communication and people-handling skills (doctors, patients, staff)
• Portfolio demonstrating video shoots or social-first content capture

Good-to-Have

• Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or doctor-led brands
• Ability to guide on-camera talent to feel comfortable and natural
• Understanding of Reels/Shorts pacing, hooks, and storytelling
• Familiarity with organizing raw footage for editors
• Basic comfort with GenAI tools is a plus
