This role requires a creative storyteller with strong technical skills in production and post-production, capable of managing the entire video lifecycle while maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production & Production
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and communications teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Plan shoots, including scripting, scheduling, scouting locations, and coordinating talent and equipment.
Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video shoots.
Direct on-set production to ensure creative vision and technical quality are met.
Post-Production
Edit footage into compelling, polished videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Add graphics, text overlays, motion elements, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
Manage color correction, grading, and audio mixing.
Deliver final assets in appropriate formats for web, social media, and other channels.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through final delivery.
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone.
Maintain organized video libraries, assets, and backups.
Stay current with video trends, tools, and social media best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Video Producer, Editor, or similar role.
Proficiency with editing software such as
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Ability to manage projects from concept to completion independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience producing content for digital and social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Motion graphics or animation experience.
Familiarity with color grading and sound design workflows.
Knowledge of marketing and content strategy principles.
Drone operation or photography skills are a plus.
