Conceptualise, script, and storyboard videos for social media, advertising, client projects, events, testimonials, and product demos.
Handle all aspects of video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, sound, and direction.
Operate professional equipment, including DSLRs, drones, and stabilisers.
Manage pre-production planning and logistics, including scheduling shoots and scouting locations.
Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into final deliverables using Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, After Effects, or equivalent software.
Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, transitions, and motion graphics as needed.
Adapt content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ads.
Maintain a high standard of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and technical accuracy.
Creative & Strategic Input:
Collaborate with the creative team to pitch content ideas and visual storytelling approaches.
Stay informed about current trends in video content, reels, animation, and platform-specific styles.
Organize and maintain video file libraries and backup systems.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of composition, timing, storytelling, and audio syncing.
Familiarity with production equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of photography and image editing tools like Photoshop or Lightroom.
Experience in motion graphics and animation.
Background in content creation, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
Understanding of YouTube and long-format content editing is a plus.
