Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Storyboarding
Develop video ideas that communicate brand value, property features, and market insights.
Create storyboards and scripts for various formats -- property tours, explainer videos, testimonials, digital ads, and interviews.
Production Management
Plan and manage video shoots end-to-end -- from scheduling and location scouting to crew coordination and budgeting.
Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all content.
Post-Production Supervision
Oversee editing, sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.
Collaborate with editors, designers, and agencies to meet timelines and creative expectations.
Marketing & Digital Integration
Work closely with marketing teams to align video content with campaign goals and SEO/social media requirements.
Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the brand website.
Vendor & Talent Management
Manage relationships with external production houses, freelancers, and influencers.
Negotiate budgets, track costs, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline benchmarks.
Performance Tracking
Track viewership, engagement, and conversion metrics for each video.
Use insights to refine storytelling and improve future campaigns.
