VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.
Role Overview:
As a Video Producer, you will lead the full video production lifecycle--from concept development and scripting to direction, shooting, and final editing. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop impactful content for product demos, brand campaigns, testimonials, social media, documentaries, and events. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both creative ideation and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop video concepts aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals.
Write scripts and visual treatments for product explainers, client stories, brand videos, and more.
Direct shoots with a clear creative vision and manage all aspects of on-location and studio filming.
Operate cameras, handle lighting setups, and capture high-quality footage.
Edit raw footage into professional-quality content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
Add music, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and branding elements as needed.
Manage video production timelines, assets, and backups efficiently.
Stay updated on video trends, platform formats (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), and storytelling styles.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in video production or filmmaking.
Strong portfolio showcasing skills in direction, cinematography, scripting, and editing.
Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio tools.
Creative thinking with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
A personal showreel or portfolio link is mandatory with application.
