About Nikhil Kumar Chandrakala

ISV Club has been set up by Lt. Commander Nikhil Kumar Chandrakala, an Indian Naval Veteran and a group testing officer (Ex 12 SSB and founding member of SSB Kolkata). Nikhil has had the unique privilege and distinction of having served as India\'s youngest group testing officer amongst all three services, including the army, navy, and airforce. He is skilled in using the scientific principles of personality and leadership assessment; the group approach to leadership testing and adjudges the group effectiveness and team dynamics of an individual.

ISV Club offers complete mentoring and thorough coaching on the full SSB procedure and is open for all types of entries (10+2 candidates, graduates, and service candidates) for the army, the navy, and the airforce.

About the work from home job/internship

The ISV CLUB was created with a goal to shape India\'s youth and their aspirations to join Indian Armed Forces as Officers. At ISV Club, we mentor young students and prepare them for exceling in the SSB Testing procedure as well as in life.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include editing and developing 10-12 videos for YouTube channel and 5-6 YouTube shorts in a month.

Note: Once the applications are received, an assignment will be given for further process.

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 100 per video).
