Video KYC / Customer Service Executive

in Chennai (Karapakkam).

Responsibilities
Conduct
video calls
with customers for KYC verification and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Verify
customer documents
accurately and efficiently in real time.
Process
financial transactions
such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, FD, and RD.
Manage
Video KYC
for banking, credit card, and loan customers.
Cross-sell
relevant bank products and services based on customer needs.
Ensure strict
compliance
with process and regulatory standards.
Identify and recommend
process improvements
to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience:
0 to 5 years in customer service or related roles.
Languages:
Proficiency in
English and Hindi
(mandatory).
Excellent
communication
,
customer handling
, and
problem-solving
skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
Strong
team player
with adaptability and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in
Day and Evening Shifts
(No night shifts).
Notice Period:

Compensation
Freshers:
?3 LPA + Performance Bonus
Experienced Candidates:
