As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Videographer to join our team and contribute to our success.:As a Videographer at Elite Acres, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing video content that aligns with our clients\' visions and objectives. You will work closely with our creative team to brainstorm ideas, and storyboard concepts, and execute projects from start to finish. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through visual storytelling.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing shots, and capturing high-quality footage.
• Edit video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create compelling narratives and visually appealing content.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain and organize video assets and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members, including photographers, graphic designers, and writers, to create integrated multimedia projects.

Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.Proficiency in video editing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.Solid understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and camera operation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with motion graphics and animation.Knowledge of audio production techniques and equipment.Familiarity with drone operation and aerial videography.Understanding of color grading and post-production techniques.Previous experience working in a creative agency or production company.
