Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Knowledge of photography, lighting, and sound techniques.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Conceptualize, design, and create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for hospital branding, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Capture high-quality photos and videos for hospital events, patient stories, awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
Edit and produce video content, ensuring professional quality for both internal and external communications.
Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to design creative materials (brochures, posters, banners, digital ads, presentations, etc.).
Maintain and organize multimedia archives including videos, raw footage, and graphics.
Stay updated with design and video editing trends to bring innovative ideas to projects.
