As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality videos that showcase our real estate properties, highlight key features, and engage potential clients. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, proficiency in video editing software, and a passion for visually telling compelling stories.


Job Responsibilities


Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties, emphasizing their unique features and characteristics. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to understand project requirements and goals. Must have basic editing skills to understand the workflow. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance video production quality. Manage and maintain video equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness for projects. Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall brand and marketing strategies. Create engaging and shareable video content for various platforms, including social media and property listings. Requirements


Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably short content and long content YouTube Format. Intermediary in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
