Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Video Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, has a strong eye for detail, and is skilled in editing compelling visual content for digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for various digital platforms. Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand project goals and deliver accordingly. Ensure all edits align with brand identity and meet technical requirements. Organize and manage media assets and project files. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Work on different formats like reels, shorts, promotional videos, training videos, and interviews. Optimize videos for engagement and performance on social media platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.). Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus. Good understanding of social media video formats and audience behavior. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and narrative skills. Creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media, Communication, or related field (optional). Experience in content creation for NGOs, brands, or corporate communications is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design tools (like Adobe Photoshop) is a bonus.

Compensation:

Based on experience and skillset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
