Our mission is to expand our work areas into various consumer sectors by targeting the next-gen youth. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Video Editor/Social Media Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence while also creating high-quality videos to support our brand. This role will be primarily located in Jaipur, with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day tasks include: - Creating and editing videos for our social media platforms - Managing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and followers - Analyzing data and insights to optimize content and campaigns - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously improve our social media presence and video content. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in video editing and social media management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a creative and innovative mindset. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, Video Production, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in video editing and social media management Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other comparable software Experience with social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign impact Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Creative and innovative mindset to develop new ideas to elevate brand presence in the digital space
