• Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that aligns with the project\'s vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality video content.
• Select and edit sound/music to enhance the overall production value.
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations as needed.
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats.
• Manage and organize video files, maintaining an efficient and organized workflow.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software, and techniques to enhance editing and design skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, design principles, typography, and layout.
• Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques.
• Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and delivery methods is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a bonus.
• Familiarity with audio recording and editing software is advantageous.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and design work.

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
