About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Editing raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, ads, and presentations
2. Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure videos align with campaign goals and brand aesthetics
3. Enhancing videos with motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and sound integration including effects, music, and voice-overs
4. Performing color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and quality
5. Organizing video assets and maintaining efficient workflows for future updates
6. Staying updated on trends and video editing techniques to keep content fresh
7. Incorporating feedback and making revisions within tight deadlines

1. 0-1 years as a video editor with a portfolio that highlights work across social media, promotional content, and commercial projects
2. Skilled in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects etc
3. Strong grasp of storytelling, producing videos that are visually captivating and emotionally impactful
4. Sharp eye for detail, ensuring all projects meet top production standards and align with brand guidelines
5. Capable of juggling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams
7. Experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment is a bonus
