Key Responsibilities

Shoot, edit, and produce

high-quality videos

and

professional photos

for all digital platforms. Create

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content

optimized for maximum engagement. Design

eye-catching thumbnails, captions, and creative social media posts

. Plan and execute

content calendars

to maintain a consistent posting schedule. Research and implement the

latest social media trends, hashtags, and SEO strategies

to improve organic reach. Collaborate with the marketing team to

develop creative campaigns

that attract and retain followers. Track content performance and suggest improvements to

boost traffic and audience engagement

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

video editing

using

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

, or similar tools. Good knowledge of

photography techniques

and

image editing

(Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Hands-on experience managing

Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook

for brand growth. Strong understanding of

social media algorithms

and

content optimization techniques

. Creativity, storytelling ability, and a passion for making content

go viral

. Basic graphic design skills are a plus. Minimum

1-3 years

of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with exceptional skills are also welcome.
